Even the smallest things can drive a home owner crazy when it comes to their carpet and I don’t blame them. Such was the case here when we were called out to address an Allen Berber Snag. Can you see it in the before pic? Chances are you would’ve missed it in person if you didn’t know it was there but the home owner knew it was there and that’s all that matters. It was a small issue but one that drove Barbara crazy so we helped her out. Berber snags require a completely different approach when it comes to repairing so don’t go pulling on those tufts thinking you’ll just fix it quick. Call DCR instead.
