Tim called DCR for help when he was finally tired of looking at the burns in his carpet caused by fireplace embers. He said they had been there since 09′. Mercy. Once Tim found us by Googling “carpet repair” we came out and made his burns disappear. We used some carpet from his closet so you can see the subtle difference in color but he was very happy.
