Cindy called us to come over and address some ripples in her carpet which we took care of but the bigger issue was her North Dallas Berber snag. Her dogs claw caught a tuft of the Berber and created a fairly large snag. When you have a Berber carpet seeing that kind of damage can cause some panic. Not for DCR. Berber repairs are our specialty. We came in and pulled those ripples out with our Power Stretcher then went to work on making that Berber look new again all while chatting about our kids that were the same age.
