I met Marcie today. She called me out to address her Lancaster carpet burns. While maneuvering a log in her fireplace it burst and shot out a dozen embers on her carpet. This being her first home she panicked and thought for certain that she would need to replace the whole room of carpet. Luckily she Googled “carpet repair” and found us. Off to Lancaster we went to carefully remove her burned section of carpet and replace it with some of her remnant carpet. We got rid of all the burns and the only thing that remained were some coal stains which our carpet cleaning partner took care of moments later. When you have burned carpet, don’t freak, don’t replace it, repair it!
